Dr Jo Phillips is a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Consultant with over 15 years of experience helping children and adults move beyond anxiety to thrive. She runs Bluebird Psychology, a specialist anxiety clinic, and is the founder of Nurture Now, where she combines her clinical expertise with positive psychology and a nature-inspired approach to self-care, personal growth and wellbeing.
